Chilly Copenhagen - Whirlwind 24 hours

Service Description

11 January 2025 Embark on a thrilling one day adventure to Copenhagen and Sweden. Immerse yourself in the stunning scenery of these two countries as you enjoy the invigorating experience of wild swimming. Experience refreshing dips and you'll have the opportunity to discover fabulous swimming spots and local hotspots, making for a truly unforgettable whirlwind 24 hours. Why not go totally crazy and have a dip before you travel to the airport and make it three dips in three different countries in one day !!!!!!! REQUIREMENTS: It will be cold in the water so you must be able to swim and have some cold water swimming experience and feel comfortable with the idea of swimming outdoors.  Aged 16+. This is a full on 24 hours but still still totally enjoyable. DOES NOT INCLUDE FLIGHTS OR ANY TRAVEL/ENTRANCE COSTS Max 8 people Travelling light is the key to this adventure and a full itinerary and flight information will be sent within a week of booking.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION OF TRIPS BY THE CLIENT All cancellations by the client must be via email to emma@swimories.co.uk. If you are cancelling within 3 days of the start of your booking, please also call 07768735956. ​ Once notified of the cancellation, Swimories will try to resell the day/event place(s). In the event that Swimories is able to resell the participant place prior to the commencement date, the client will receive a full refund. ​In the event that Swimories is unable to resell the day/event place(s) prior to the course commencement date the client will be charged the following cancellation fees: ​0-3 days - no refund will be given. 4-7days or you may choose to reschedule or get a 50% refund minus a £10 admin fee. 8 days or more, you can choose to try to reschedule or get a full refund minus a £10 admin fee per booking. ​​It may be possible to transfer places to client sought replacements unless there is a waiting list for the event, this is to be discussed with Swimories at the time of cancellation. CANCELLATION OF TRIPS AND COACHING SESSIONS BY SWIMORIES Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that advertised trips/sessions actually run, Swimories will notify the client of cancellation as soon as possible. Trips/sessions will be cancelled if Swimories believes there are reasonable grounds that cancellation is necessary due to lack of participants or dangerous and/or unsuitable conditions for the activity. In the unlikely event that Swimories has to cancel your trip/session, you will be offered either a full refund or another date. In the event of the cancellation of a trip/session, Swimories will not be liable for any travel or accommodation related expenses.
